1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MoxRev marketing website (the "Site"), operated by EaseHawk Technologies Private Limited, CIN U62011DL2024PTC427769, registered office [insert address] ("EaseHawk", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Definitions
- "Content" — all text, designs, interfaces, graphics, animations, logos, product concepts, demonstrations and code on the Site.
- "Demonstration Data" — the simulated screens, figures and outputs described in Section 4.
- "Product" — the MoxRev software platform, access to which is not provided through this Site.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business users aged 18 or over. It is an informational and marketing site only; nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a commitment to provide the Product on any particular terms.
4. Demonstration data — important notice
All product interfaces, dashboards, vehicles, bookings, customers, prices, currencies, forecasts, percentages, and AI outputs shown on the Site are fictional, simulated demonstration data created to illustrate product capability. They are clearly labelled as such on the Site. They do not depict real customers or fleets, do not represent actual or guaranteed pricing, performance, savings, utilisation or revenue, and must not be relied upon as representations, warranties or commitments of any kind. In the real Product, AI-generated recommendations (including pricing) take effect only after approval by an authorised human user of the customer.
5. Demo requests
Submitting a demo request is an enquiry only. It creates no obligation on either party, and any subsequent evaluation, pilot or subscription will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement [Master Subscription Agreement + DPA to be finalised before first customer contract]. We may decline or deprioritise any request at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and all Content are owned by EaseHawk or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India and other jurisdictions. "MoxRev", "Moxsuite", the MoxRev logo, and the tagline "Sell. Rent. Rev it up." are trademarks or pending trademarks of EaseHawk [confirm registration status in UAE (MoEc), KSA (SAIP), WIPO — Nice Classes 9, 42, 35 — before publication]. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for internal business evaluation. All other rights are reserved. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant EaseHawk a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or attribution.
7. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any security or access control;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-extract Content or data, whether manually or by bots, scripts or similar means, without our prior written consent;
- use the Site or its Content to train, fine-tune or ground artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
- copy, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Site or Content except as Section 6 allows;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including in demo requests;
- upload or transmit malware or interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access;
- use the Site in violation of applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws;
- remove or obscure proprietary notices or the demonstration-data labels.
We may suspend or block access for violations, without prejudice to other remedies.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them. Your email application handles demo-form submissions as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Forward-looking statements about product roadmap or capabilities reflect current intentions and may change without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) EASEHAWK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY; AND (b) EASEHAWK'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED [INR 10,000 / USD 100 — counsel to set]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EaseHawk, its directors, employees and agents from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own breach.
13. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (or any part) at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site are governed by the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. 15. General
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the provision is enforced to the maximum permitted extent.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in a corporate transaction.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
- Language: these Terms are drafted in English; translations are for convenience and the English version prevails [revisit when the Arabic site version ships — some GCC regulators expect Arabic parity].
